The state of the taxi trade in your words

We asked drivers, operators and owners for their experiences of lockdown and their opinions and experiences about the state of the taxi trade. The results confirm a deep crisis in the industry. The good news is that we will soon be announcing solutions that will help you (and us) bounce back to work with confidence.  

Why a 'Bounce Back Safely' survey?

When taxi work stopped, our business stopped. We were forced to close the doors temporarily and furlough many of our colleagues. We'd seen and heard a lot of anecdotal evidence of how the crisis was affecting owners and drivers — but we wanted some hard evidence. So we asked four questions.
