When taxi work stopped, our business stopped. We were forced to close the doors temporarily and furlough many of our colleagues. We’d seen and heard a lot of anecdotal evidence of how the crisis was affecting owners and drivers — but we wanted some hard evidence. So we asked four questions.
The results make some grim reading and we feel it is quite surprising how many people think screens offer protection.
How can we bounce back?
We’ve been working very hard to find a way to help drivers and passengers feel confident about working again in the grip of a pandemic. We believe we have found it. We are finalising details and will announce soon.
